Shipping Information:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Order Processing & Dispatch:
Orders are packed and dispatched on the same working day if payment has been received by 1:00 PM (UK time).
- Orders received after 1:00 PM will usually be dispatched on the next working day
- Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Dispatch times are subject to payment verification, stock availability, and operational capacity
If any product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@naturesblends.com.
Track Order
You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.
